I was a little unsure about spending this much on a straightener, but I am honestly so glad I did. I got my name added to my Omnia plus and it is such a cute little detail. Is the Omnia Styler® suitable for all hair types?

The Omnia® styler offers adjustable temperature from 150°C to 220°C. Choose the setting and technique for your hair.

Hair condition varies. Follow the user guide and ask your stylist if you are unsure which setting to use.

How do I know my styler is ready to use?

The Touchscreen Controls can be used to increase or decrease the temperature between 150°C and 220°C with a choice of 8 heat settings.

The styler will automatically go to 180°C by default. When the LEDs stop flashing, the styler is ready to use. From there, you can decrease or increase the temperature as needed by increments of 10°C. The Omnia Styler® has Intelligent Memory that remembers your last used setting.

What is the best temperature for my hair?

The temperature display is LED colour-coded to show the set temperature at a glance. Start with the lowest effective setting for your hair and follow the user guide. Hair condition varies, so ask your stylist if you are unsure which setting to use.

What is the best way to store and maintain my styler?

Switch off and unplug the styler, then allow it to cool before cleaning or storing it. Follow the user guide for cleaning methods. Plates can be scratched or chipped when not handled with care.

Use the travel guard and clutch pouch for storage once the styler is cool. Gently fold the cable and use the supplied cable tie. Avoid wrapping the cable tightly around the styler.

Does my styler come with warranty?

Warranty cover depends on your region and whether the styler is used by a consumer or professionally. Check the applicable Warranty Terms for the period, registration requirements and claim conditions. For New Zealand purchases, see the New Zealand warranty terms.

Avoid wrapping the cable too tightly around your Omnia® styler. Loosely loop the cord for storage and keep the plug and plates separate to help avoid scratches and chips.
